Elvis's Story...
This gorgeous boy is Elvis! He's a 3 year old Siberian Husky who is looking for an active home where he can spend his time playing! Elvis loves to run and can never have enough toys! Elvis is wonderful with all people but would probably do best in a home with children over the age of 10 since he can be a little bulldozer during playtime! Elvis is house trained and crate trained as well! He can't wait to find his forever family and he knows they're out there waiting for him! If you're interested in adopting Elvis please fill out our Dog Adoption Application and we will contact you!

***Elvis is currently in LAFAYETTE, LA but we transport to the NORTHEAST every two weeks. Elvis's adoption fee is $450, which includes transport. All Acadiana Animal Aid dogs are up to date on all vaccinations, spayed or neutered, on heart worm, flea, and tick preventative, and microchipped.***

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Elvis, a Glastonbury Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Glastonbury, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Glastonbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glastonbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glastonbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glastonbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
