Phoebe #17-352. Arrived 7/3/2017 at 2-4 years old.
Phoebe is everyone's best friend. She loves to spend quality time with staff and volunteers. Phoebe knows just how to give that poor me look, where she can pout her lower lip and make you never want to put her back in her cage. Bindi walks gently on a leash and she is a low maintenance kind of girl. Phoebe is one of the sweetest dogs and we are hopeful that her adopter will see how lovely her great disposition is and that she will really blossom once in a home.
