  • ID#: APC-A-229

Darcy is really special girl who arrived at a local animal shelter with a tiny litter of kittens. She was such a good mom that she even accepted and nursed two orphans who needed a maternal figure in their lives. We're so happy to have the opportunity to help Darcy find a wonderful new home where she can enjoy all of the love and attention that she deserves. Darcy is spayed, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, current with her vaccinations (including rabies), treated to prevent fleas, and purrfectly litter box trained. She loves to be petted and adores being the recipient of as much attention as possible. She just soaks it up! She's been very successful in a multi-cat foster home, but has picked out one or two cats that she dislikes for some reason. We haven't been able to figure out why she feels like that about these two cats; we guess that's what is called "cat selective". We would suggest that she go to a home where she can either be an only cat, or to a home with submissive cats. About Allie's Pals Cat Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Allie’s Pals Cat Rescue is a non-profit organization devoted to the well-being and rescuing of cats and kittens throughout the TriValley. We are dedicated individuals who find joy in creating healthy environments and, ultimately, forever homes for cats and kittens that otherwise may not have the opportunity to enhance the lives of people. We encourage the positive collaboration of area feline rescues in order to maximize efforts for all who share in the goal of treating, rehabilitating, and rescuing cats and kittens from public shelters. Our combined years of experience are proof of our commitment to nurturing furry felines and offering temporary foster homes while screening potential adoptive families.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Many of our adult cats are shown at the Dublin Petsmart, located at 6960 Amador Plaza Road, Dublin (Alameda County), CA, and may be viewed during the store's normal business hours.

Adoptions interviews are by appointment; potential adopters may contact the person listed on either listings or at the Dublin Petsmart.

Kittens, when available for adoption, are shown at the Dublin Petsmart on Saturdays (11:30 am - 3:00 pm), and Sundays (noon - 3:00 pm).

Our Adoption Process...

Before the posting of our cats or kittens for adoption, they have been spayed or neutered, tested for FeLV and FIV, microchipped for identification (Allie's Pals Cat Rescue takes responsibility for registering your new pet's microchip for you!), and are current on their age-appropriate vaccinations, wormings, and flea prevention treatments.

All potential adopters are subject to the approval of an Adoption Counselor with Allie's Pals; our sole goal is to help make sure our cats and kittens are placed in PERMANENT, safe, compatible and loving homes.

All adopters will be required to sign an Adoption Contract, and will be provided with complete health and behavioral information about their new pet. Adoption fees apply: Cats over the age of six months ($50.00), single kittens up to the age of six months ($75.00), two kittens up to the age of six months and adopted at the same time ($125.00).
