Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ammo is a purebred English Pointer, coming from a long line of hunting dogs. Unfortunately it was discovered that this adorable baby is completely deaf. It doesn’t slow him down tho, he is very active and playful. He has a super sweet and loving personality…LOVES other dogs and people. When he sees me coming his way he always meets me at the gate, jumping up and down with that little tail wagging, just waiting on some hugs and kisses. In order to communicate with him and make life a little easier, he will need to be taught some hand signals by his new family or a trainer. He will probably need a bell (or something of that nature) around his neck to make him easy to keep up with him too. With his activity level and being deaf, a fenced in yard will be a necessity as well. Ammo will bring a whole lot of love and fun to some lucky family. He was born 4/5/17 making him 12 weeks old and weighing 17 pounds at the time of this posting (7/5/17). He has been neutered, microchipped, fecal tested, is current on all vaccines, worming and on heartworm and flea prevention. His adoption fee is $400.
Ammo is being fostered in Tennessee. Once adopted he will be transported to his pickup location by a professional dog transport company. Our rescue ships to the New England area every week and his fee does include transportation.
