SHEA's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

SHEA's Story...
I love this adorable little girl…she is a total love bug! She is super sweet, very friendly and great natured. She really loves people and eats up any attention they throw her way. She is very playful too and she gets along with other dogs wonderfully. Since she came from a kill shelter, I’m not really sure of her breeding. She shouldn’t be very big though as she is 11 weeks old and she only weighs 12 pounds at the time of this posting (7/4/17). Whatever it is, she is a doll!
Shea is sure to bring about a lot of fun to some lucky family. She has been spayed, microchipped, fecal tested, is current on all vaccines, worming and on heartworm and flea prevention. Her adoption fee is $400.

Shea is being fostered in Tennessee. Once adopted she will be transported to her pickup location by a professional dog transport company. Our rescue ships to the New England area every week and her fee does include transportation.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SHEA, a Hartford Hound (Unknown Type)/Feist puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Feist for sale in Hartford, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Feist puppy from a breeder in Hartford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hartford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hartford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Feist breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Feist rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hartford paves the way for another one to be saved.
