The Humane Society Calumet Area has served the community since 1941. We shelter and adopt dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters, rats, and the occasional ferret. We also provide humane education and adoption counseling to the public. We receive no government funding. We rely on fund raising, memberships, fees and donations for support.
