What a great litter of kittens. Mom is a Maine Coon mix with long hair but 3 of her babies are short hair and 3 long...go figure! But...regardless of hair length, they are just as sweet as can be. Beautiful, social, loving and ready for their forever families. They are currently in a foster mom being introduced to small dogs, other cats, and older kids.

The "I" litter of Ivy, Isaac, Ian, Iris, Ivan, and Ishan were born in the mid May 2017 timeframe. They are just babies and would love to be adopted with another kitten. Please, go out to Google and key in the phrase...2 kittens vs will see that thousands agree...2 kittens are much better! You will get 2 the love and attention but they will keep each other company when you are gone.

MINIMUM ADOPTION DONATION is $100 so we can recover some of our vetting costs. Special deal if you adopt 2!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want to adopt this kitten, please send an email to and we will email you an online application.

About Wilson Animal Rescue dba Wags and Whiskers Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a non-profit (501 (c)(3), group of foster family volunteers who strive to provide assistance for highly adoptable, unwanted, lost and neglected animals by providing humane education, veterinary care, animal rescue and by actively encouraging pet population control through spay and neuter. We pull 99% of our pets from local county shelters. Several county shelters call when they are getting full and we pull as many as our homes will allow. We also provide a $25 spay/neuter program for all cats in our tri-state area. And, we offer a low cost spay/neuter dog program as low as $35-55.

Once we have a rescue, they go to a foster home to wait for their forever family. They live with our families, our pets, and our children.

All of our pets are spayed or neutered before adoption or have such certificate to get it done for free. We also start immunizations on puppies and kittens at 8 weeks. We deworm, deflea, and treat for ear mites. We also Fel Leuk/FIV blood test our kitties and Heartworm test our dogs.

All of our cats and kittens must be adopted as strictly indoor. All of our dogs and puppies must be adopted as a *housedog only and we do require a secure fenced in yard. (*We only have one exception as we do have a hound dog that is terrified of crates and confinement in a house and will do best as an outside dog with other animal companions. No chains or kennels allowed. He will do great on acreage of 15+)

We do rescue work with pets because we value life. As humans we domesticated cats and dogs and our society needs to take ownership to treat them with respect. We also see a need to teach people the proper handling of pets and the value of spay/neuter. Pet ownership is a privilege and a life long commitment.
