Hi! Thanks for giving me some attention! I'd like you to know that I've already been spayed or neutered. At Animal Friends, dogs and cats also leave fully up-to-date on shots and microchipped. All I need now is to find someone who will love me. Please ask to meet with an adoption counselor, so we can be properly introduced and talk about what kind of pet you're looking for. We can discuss whether you're looking for a lap pet or a social butterfly, an 'only pet' or a furry 'sibling' for kids or other animals. Best of all, by adopting from Animal Friends, you make it possible for them to rescue and care for another pet who truly needs help. So, what are you waiting for? Let's sit down together! *****************************************************

Teresa came to Animal Friends in March 2015 after her owner passed away and she had nowhere else to go. Since her previous owner had cared for her since she was a kitten, she was very confused as to why she was here. Thankfully, a wonderful foster family opened their hearts and doors to Teresa so she could be out of the shelter!

Since being taken in by her foster home in October 2015, Teresa has been doing extremely well! At first, she can be very shy in unfamiliar surroundings, but once she becomes more comfortable, her social side starts to come out. Once she gets to know you, Teresa doesn''t mind being picked up and carried and she is working on being brushed. If you are looking for a laid back cat who will greet you at the door when you come home or snuggle up with you on a cold night, Teresa is your girl! Call Animal Friends today to schedule a time with the foster family to meet this lovely lady! Someone believes in me so much they have sponsered my adoption.
