My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

7 yr old, spayed Pittie mix

Brogan holds no grudges towards those who abused and starved her for most of her life. Bred multiple times, Brogan lived her life chained to a junk yard, nearly starved to death. On the day she was rescued, it was not certain she would even make it through the night. But look at her now!!! Brogan is healthy, happy and well adjusted. This amazing girl is perfect, even after her horrific treatment for so many years.

Brogan recently underwent surgery for a torn ACL. She's recovering nicely. She has a few more weeks of crate rest and easy walks. You wouldn't know it though! She's so eager to walk every day that we literally have to slow her down! She has some arthritis in her back and legs, but nothing unusual for a senior dog.

Brogan is very social with other dogs. She's an angel in the house. Low energy, calm demeanor, in other words, perfect. She adores walks and loves to ride in the car. In fact, sometimes I think she'd be happiest sitting in the car waiting to go somewhere! :) Someone is going to be so blessed to have this little girl!

Brogan would fit into anyone's world. She's a low maintenance, easy keeper. With a huge heart that is so ready to love and receive love!
