Meet Oscar!
The perfect cuddler. He's very passive and flips on his back any time you approach but as soon as you pet him he's on your lap. A little more hesitant with men but no real issues. He bonds quickly with people & plays well with other dogs. Oscar pretty much avoids cats 🐱.
