Hello, my name is Sandy. My friends at STAR rescued me and my puppies. My puppies were really cute and I made sure they all went to great homes of their own. Now I’m ready for mine.

So many things make me happy: romping around, playing with squeaky toys, chewing on my frozen Kong, cuddling with my foster mom. Have I told you how much I love treats? They are so delicious! I am happy to sit and give my paw if it means I get more treats.

My foster mom is pleased with my potty skills and calls me “reliable,” whatever that means. I am learning how to walk on a leash and although I’m a little nervous at first, I get better at it all the time.

So far, I think I like people. Because my puppies needed me, I haven’t been out and about much. But all the people who come to my foster home are awesome. I especially like the ones who give me treats. I LOVE playing with other dogs and I’m OK with cat, too.

I am a super sweet, playful dog who cannot wait for someone to teach me new tricks. I just want to make everyone happy and do the right things. Do you have a couch I can snuggle on with you???
