Mabel and Macon are gorgeous American English Coonhound littermates that were surrendered to Rescue after their elderly owner realized that he could no longer care for them. They were born in May of 2016 and are social, sweet and friendly with people. They also do well with other dogs, but do want to chase cats. All our hounds are in foster homes throughout the U.S. where they are learning to be socialized with other foster pets and basic commands and manners. Our Adoption Process...

Adoption applications can be filled out on line at Our adoption fee is $200 plus any fees for transportation out of state if the dog is being shipped via airlines. Applications are thoroughly checked and vets are contacted to be sure the prospective adopter has kept up on vaccinations and heartworm treatment for their past pets.
