My story

This is Shorty,
He is back at the shelter again. He was claimed by a rescue group and then they decided they didnt want to take him. He was then Adopted and he didnt do well with their small dog. Shorty is a 4-year-old beagle jack Russel mixed. He is house trained, good with cats, kids and large dogs. He is a dog that gets very protective over his owners. He would do well in a family with no kids. He is fine with kids but he must get use to them. He has been up to date on his vaccines and has been heart worm checked and it was negative. The people that adopted him fell in love with him but couldn’t handle that he didn’t like their small dog and was to protective. If you like a very protective dog shorty will be your dog. He was raised up with a Pitbull and a family with kids. Please give him another chance.
