Hi, I'm Ivy. I am really hoping my forever family will come to get my soon. This is my FOURTH time being here, and I am only 4 years old. Here are the reasons why I was here:1- Came in as a stray kitten2- I was chewing on some cords - easy fix!3- My people moved and I could not go with4- My last people's friend's brought me in :(I have recently been promoted to Greeter Cat and I am doing amazingly! Probably it's because I am really friendly and extremely outgoing and love people! Perhaps you've looked at me before, but I urge you to take another look. I want to be the only kitty in the home - I think that is what has caused some past issues, but I think as a single cat I will really shine.I am excellent with kids and LOVE to sit on laps.

Our Adoption Process...

It is important to the Oshkosh Area Humane Society to find “forever” homes, one owner for the rest of an animal’s life. To find just the right match for both family and pet, we ask that everyone who is interested in adopting a pet be willing to do the following:

Spend quality time with the chosen animal.
Visit the animal – all members of the household.
Complete the adoption application.
Comply with our requirements based on the chosen animal.
Prepay for spay or neuter as well as rabies vaccinations if the animal is not altered or current.
Attend an appointment with an adoption counselor at the time of pick up.

Altered mixed breed adult dogs: $100
