Tiger wants one thing in life: A warm lap. This elderly darling is the reigning champ in lap-cat napping. With her rattling purr, this sweet critter is irresistibly cute. Tiger is an easy-going cat as long as she is the only pet in the picture. If you are looking for that special feline to warm your home, consider bringing Tiger into your life. She is looking for the perfect place to retire.

Tiger says: Rub my belly, scratch my ears, and settle me on your lap...I am your new best friend. Keep other cats away, because I am the center of attention now. I may not look very outgoing, but once you meet me, you will never be able to put me down.
Thank you Rebecca Gilman and Cindy Reuber for sponsoring me!!

About Green County Humane Society

About Our Shelter...

The GCHS is comprised of an estimated 500 members, dedicated shelter staff, volunteers, board of directors, and a growing network of foster homes. Due to the commitment of these people, the GCHS has gone from a 62% kill rate in 1999 to a NO-KILL status. Our mission includes:
. Promoting compassionate and appropriate treatment of animals throughout Green and Lafayette Counties.
. Realizing the need to educate the general public in areas of animals' care, especially the need for spaying and neutering of animals to prevent further overpopulation.
. Diligently assisting law enforcement and the general public in the effort to end animal abuse.
. Devoted to the search for quality homes for every adoptable animal that comes into the shelter.
