Can you believe they named me Baby? I'm a fully grown, 5 year old adult! Unbelievable! Ok, now that we have that out of the way, let's move on to more important matters. Like food. Do you have any? I'll take some food anytime, anywhere. I've gotta be honest though, I won't give it back if you give it to me. I like my food maybe a little too much. People here have even been saying I need to be fed by myself because I can get protective of it. But who wouldn't be? That stuff is great!Dogs are pretty cool, right? I used to live with a couple others before I got here. My play style can be a little overwhelming for some dogs, so could I meet the dogs you already have just to make sure they'll get along with me?

About Almost Home Humane Society

About Our Shelter...

WHO WE ARE

The Almost Home Humane Society (AHHS) (formerly the Tippecanoe County Humane Society) was founded in 1939 by a group of local animal lovers in Tippecanoe County. Since its beginning more than 60 years ago, the organization has been dedicated to improving the lives of animals in our community.

We are not a government agency, are not affiliated with any national organization, and we are not a United Way Agency. We are an open-admission shelter and we accept all animals in need, regardless of age, health or adoptability. As a local non-profit we exist through the generosity of our community.
