This is MiMi. MiMi is a Chihuahua Miniature Pinscher mix. She is a very special and loving little girl, who is looking for a secure home with someone to give her all the love she has not yet experienced in life.
MiMi is young – probably right around a year old. She is a very shy dog, but not nippy. It does take her a bit to get used to new people and new things, but if you treat her kindly she warms up quickly.
MiMi does fairly well on a leash, but a little extra time and patience in that regard will help her along. She is learning about alerting her foster when it is time to go outside and progress is being made, but that will be a project that will take some extra attention, especially going into an unfamiliar home where everything will be new and overwhelming.
MiMi does have a bit of separation anxiety, so it is recommended she go into a home with at least one other confident dog to help her feel more comfortable when her humans are not around. She does well with the other dogs at her foster home.
MiMi has not had a stable home yet during her life, and this has made her a bit anxious. However, once she settles in she is a happy, affectionate little girl. If you have the heart and home for this little one and are willing to give her the time needed to realize she has a home that is hers
