Hello, my name is Minnie. I was born in April 2017 and  I'm pretty sure my foster family thinks I'm the best kitten ever. I'm a pretty calm little girl but can get rough playing with my sister, Mouse. I love playing on my kitty tower and scratching on my post. I also enjoy playing with my human foster brothers and sisters when they roll the balls around. Oh, and playing with my puppy foster brother's tail has got to be one of my favorite things to do! I love to play with him but sometimes he makes me nervous when he moves really quickly since he's so much bigger than I am. I have excellent litter box skills and never make a mess.  I've also already learned not to jump up on the counters. I'm a purring machine; just the thought of someone petting my soft fur will send me into a purr frenzy.

If you think I'm the perfect kitten for you I'll be ready to go to my forever home at the end of July when all my vetting is done.

We will have many adoptable dogs, puppies, and maybe a kitten or two that are able to attend for public viewing... please stop in and play! If you are interested in a specific dog or cat from viewing our available animals at wagsmn.org, please email us in advance of an adoption event (wagswhiskersmn@gmail.com), and we will do our best to have them at the event.

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption process includes adoption application which can be completed at our website wagsmn.org. Current fees can also be accessed on our website. After reviewing your application, a meeting is scheduled between you and the pet in the foster’s home or a neutral dog friendly place. If there are any resident dogs in your home, it is required that the dogs meet at this time. After the meeting, a home visit is scheduled and, if everything goes well with the visit, the adoption is finalized. A home visit by one of our representatives is required prior to finalizing any adoption, and we must meet all members of the household where the pet will be living sometime during the adoption process. We reserve the right to refuse any applicant for any reason Adoption fee includes: vet exam(s), spay/neuter, de-worming, heartworm test (if 6 months of age or older), vaccinations, microchip, and FIV/FeLv testing (for cats only). Email is the best way to get a fast response (wagswhiskersmn@gmail.com).
