Little Man's Story...
COURTESY POST:

Little Man was trapped with his siblings and mom. He is fully vetted, FIV/Felv negative, rabies and distemper vaccines up to date, and neutered.

Little Man was born outside the week before Easter but has socialized nicely. His two siblings were recently adopted together, but he is still waiting for his furrever home. A tiny guy at approx 3 months of age, he will lie on your lap for hours just to be petted and loved on! Little Man is very playful and has such a sweet disposition, but it is lonely in the cat room all by himself now!

Little Man is a COURTESY POST - he is NOT at the Sanctuary. He is located in the Forest Hills area, and you can contact Kathy at 412-244-8947 for additional info or to meet this sweet fellow!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Little Man, a Delmont Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Delmont, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Delmont.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Delmont already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Delmont breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Delmont paves the way for another one to be saved.
