Our NEWEST 2 year old rescue boy BUDDY is stepping out this weekend with smile on his face and a happy trot in his step. Buddy is one special boy that not only likes to be active, go with you everywhere, rides well in the car, but also loves to cuddle on the couch and get some tummy scratches. Buddy is 35 pounds.
Buddy sure LOVES his people and he has some separation anxiety when his foster mom or dad leaves. We have been working with an in-home trainer with Buddy and the foster home to help him understand he doesn’t have to worry when his family needs to leave the home for a short while.
Buddy does fine with other pups and kitties, although a more quiet home would be the best for this boy. Buddy will need a home that knows the herding breed and will continue to work with his training so that he feels confident in his people and that he will never be dumped again. Buddy needs a home with no small children and a secure fenced in yard will be mandatory for Buddy’s adoption. Ongoing training, support and lots of love is all Buddy needs going forward. He so loves to be with his people.
