Jason's Story...
Meet The Walton's! CPR has two very special litters born just 7 days apart at their foster moms home. Both moms were surrendered to the shelter very pregnant. We were not about to let those precious babies be born at the shelter! Arabella delivered Zeb, Johnboy, MaryEllen and Erin on 4/21. We think daddy could have been a Jack Russell and Juliet delivered Jason, Ben, Jim Bob and Elizabeth exactly 1 week later. We are thinking dad was a Doxy. All 8 of these babies have been very healthy and are doing great and will be ready to go on to their furever homes at the end of July.

The puppies adoption fee is $375 and includes 4 sets of shots, 2 Bordetella, deworming, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip and the beginning of heartworm prevention.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jason, a Garland Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Garland, or seeking a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Garland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Garland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Garland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Garland paves the way for another one to be saved.
