About Mela
Hi there! My name is Mela, and I am a 2 year old Schnauzer mix.

I weigh only 6 pounds, so I am very delicate. What I lack in size I more than make up for in personality.

I was a stray wondering the streets of Dayton for at least 30 days, and before that not much is known about me. I have very good manners, but I will nip and growl if I am scared.

I am house broken and crate trained. I am spayed, utd on shots and micro-chipped. I love to walk on my leash and chase the bunnies in the yard. I would do well with a small fur brother or sister, but I would be happy as an only dog too.

I want to be with my person all the time. I am being fostered by Megan in Baltimore. My adoption fee is $300.
