This handsome gentleman is Red Mack, a Red Heeler mix who is approximately 3 years old and weighs 48 lbs.  He is laidback and affectionate and just a terrific boy.  Mack gets along with everyone and cherishes affection.  Poor Mack had a tumor on his back that was removed and thankfully not malignant.  He is now fully recovered and ready for his forever home.  Red Mack is attentive and loyal to his people and aware of his surroundings, but he seldom barks. If you are looking for a calm and faithful companion, Red Mack may be just the one for you.

About Critter Cavalry Rescue New England - CT

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a dedicated group of rescue volunteers who desire to find loving homes for animals who have been placed in shelters and are in grave danger of euthanasia. Our heart's desire is to provide you with a loving companion for many years to come.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are a full volunteer rescue organization. All of our animals are kept in loving foster homes, receiving the best care possible. A completed application must be submitted and approved to meet with our dogs/pups. A completed application helps us determine compatibility and also helps us to ensure a successful adoption.

Our Adoption Process...

Most all our dogs are fostered in Tennessee and transport up to the Northeast or New England. Our fees start at $500 and can be higher depending on the dog and circumstances for their vetting. All fees cover the health certificate, transportation up to designated places for families to pick up their pre-adopted dog, spay/neuter, rabies, all shots, fecal and dewormings, microchip, complete vet check up and 4 way heartworm test if dogs are older than 8 months.
