Maddy #6192 is a 1-year-old female, Labrador mix. This young lady is a very sweet; she is a bit shy at first but warms up quickly. She is crate and kennel trained. She is active and enjoys going for her walks. She is good around other dogs. She knows basic commands and walks good on a leash. She came to us with Heartworms. She has gone through her treatment and is ready for a home with people who will love her and take care of her. It is very important that she and all dogs be kept on heartworm preventative. She weighs 50 pounds and is full grown. This pup is microchipped. We believe you can always teach an ‘old’ dog new tricks so we highly recommend continued obedience training for this smart pup; it stimulates the dog's mind and establishes a good dog/adopter relationship.
