Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet gorgeous Sam, the Treeing Walker Coonhound who was saved from a high kill shelter, we think he might have been dumped because he wouldn't hunt. In addition to being VERY handsome, Sam does WONDERFULLY when he is part of the playgroup with many other dogs. He doesn't really get rough and rowdy with the other dogs but he does enjoy a good game of tag and chase! He is super dog friendly and super friendly all
around! Sam is the sweetest boy, loves to ride in the car and is generally very calm, he is estimated at 4-5 years old and is great with everyone! This boy will make a great addition to a loving family and he would love a playmate thought it's not required. He is a great medium size at 55lbs. When he met cats, he was a bit too interested, though he wouldn't hurt them, he would bug cats in a home so no cats is best. He seems to be potty trained and is crate trained though probably won't need it for very long in his new home. He seems to be content in any situation and is not a typical hound in a good way. He would be a great family dog. Come meet him anytime!
Sam is neutered, up to date on all vaccines and preventatives, is negative for heartworm and has a valid health certificate.
