Valerie's Story...
THOSE EYES! Meet Valerie – an 8 month old Pit Bull Terrier mix. Valerie was found as a stray and all efforts to find her home were unsuccessful. We’ve had her spayed and fully vetted and she is ready for her forever home. All Val wants to do is be close to her people. She is sweet to everyone she meets and does well with the dogs in her foster home.

If you would like to give Valerie a home, please visit our website: www.jojosdoghouse.com and download an application, or email jojosdogrescue @gmail.com and we will send you an application. Adoption fee is $250, which includes spay, heart worm and parasite prevention, up-to-date vaccinations and microchip with lifetime registration

Please visit our Facebook page JoJo's DogHouse (non-profit) to learn more about us and see many of the dogs we have rescued. We hope you'll join JoJo's family of adopters!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Valerie, a Gallatin Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever for sale in Gallatin, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Gallatin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gallatin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gallatin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gallatin paves the way for another one to be saved.
