My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Look at him now!!! Reggie is a sweet, loving 5 yr. old guy who has suffered through abuse to emerge a handsome grey/black Tabby. He’s a smart and affectionate lap cat. Ready for a new start!

If you had seen him when he was rescued it would have made you cry! Reggie was found as a stray wandering the streets in deplorable condition. His whiskers had been chopped to stubs. He had hardly any hair on his body which was covered with wounds some of which looked like chemical burns. He had been shot in the face and back with a BB gun. He had an injured eye which had to be removed. It was sad!

But look at him now! His fur has grown back and looks great. He likes people and is fine with kids and friendly cats. He likes to sit in your lapland is very affectionate. Despite everything in his past Reggie is friendly and loving. He’s a wonderful kitty looking for a special forever home where he will be safe and loved.

Reggie is indoor only and is also FIV positive. He poses no risk to other friendly kitties or to people.
He can lead a normal life like any other cat. We encourage everyone to research this condition and get all the facts.
