Jackson's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Jackson's Story...

Jackson is a Russian Blue color with white tuxedo markings. He is a sweet, gentle kitten suitable for a family with children. Playful, but snuggly, Jackson enjoys sitting on laps and being brushed even though his coat is already quite beautiful, very soft. Check out the video of him "wrestling" with his friend Peaches.

We do not have a fixed adoption fee at For The Cats' Sake, but instead ask for a tax-deductible donation to our group. On average, we spend at least $125 to cover foster care, testing for FeLV and FIV, vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming and any vet care/medicine that is needed.

We ask that you cover as much of the $125 as you can afford, and set a minimum donation at $50. Our goal is to find the best home for each animal, and we feel this policy makes it possible for more people to adopt one or more cats. It is important to us that every adopter can afford to care for their pets properly and give them a home for life.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jackson, a Flint HIll Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Flint HIll, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Flint HIll.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Flint HIll already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Flint HIll breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Flint HIll paves the way for another one to be saved.
