My name is Miley. A kind lady found Blake, Kenny & I outside and contacted TKN because we were so tiny and Kenny & my eyes looked really bad. Once I saw the vet I found out I had a corneal perforation in my left eye. My foster mom took me to a special vet called an ophthalmologist and he said that my eyes issues were caused by an active herpes infection & ulcer that were not treated. I've finished up my eye meds and the opthalmogist said that my left eye is completely healed. He recommended that I be on L-lysine for the rest of my life. My foster mom says that's not a big deal because it can be sprinkled on my food and I eat it right up. I will always have a "cloudy" left eye but that doesn't slow me down at all.
I love to play with my foster brothers, Blake & Kenny, We play chase, wrestle, and race to the top of our cat tree. I also like to play with toys. When I'm all tired out I like to sit on my foster mom's lap and get scratches.
I'm a pro at using the litter box and scratching posts. I really like playing on the cat tree so I'm really hoping there will be at least one in my new home.
I have to be adopted with another kitten unless there is already a young cat in the home that I go to. My adoption fee is $50 and the second kitten is only $25. I'd love to be adopted with one of my foster siblings!
