Hi, I'm looking to rehome my pet due to a recent break up and my busy work schedule not allowing me to care for my dog (I'm a pilot). I'm unable to afford a sitter to come by the house and my dog loves to have people around her.
I originally acquired Bea from the San Francisco SPCA at 9 years old. She's been a great dog and I'm looking for her to go to another home rather than have her have to deal with a shelter or rescue.
Bea (short for Beatrice) is currently 12 with no health issues, all her shots and vaccines are up to date. I believe an ideal home for her would be one where there is someone around most of the time. A retiree would be a great fit as her prior owner was an elderly gentleman. She's a very loveable dog, who adores belly rubs and the occasional ball throw. Her age doesn't really show unless she is taking a walk out in the sun. Ms. Bea does not do well with other dogs in the home and young high energy kids can cause her anxiety. She can also be food protective.
