I'd love a family that allows me to sleep on their bed at night! I love to go around town in my carrier bag and especially love going shopping in dog friendly stores. At first I only liked to be carried in my bag while my family walks around, but now I've discovered that walking on leash is fantastic and has really helped build up my confidence!
A good family for me would be one that is home a lot. I am still working on my house training skills, but I do not have many accidents. It is very important that my family keeps a close eye on me when I am outside or near doors because the first thing I do when I get scared is RUN! Since I am such a small guy I can find really good hiding spots outside which can make it difficult to convince me to come back indoors. I do love snuggling with other dogs, so if you have any fur siblings for me that would be great, but I would be ok by myself too as long as someone is home with me a lot. I know I may sound like I am a “rascal” but I am a really sweet guy who just wants a family who will love and protect me.
If you have experience with shy guys like me, please apply for me! I'm looking forward to my perfect family that I can feel safe and loved forever.
