Jax's Info...

I am already neutered, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Jax's Story...
Jax is a love at first sight kind of boy. He is part Husky and part Boxer! He's big and strong and his favourite place to be is in your lap. He LOVES being with his people and experiences some separation anxiety when left alone. He has come so far on his leash work, but is still working on housetraining. Jax was recently neutered which I think will help with that problem. He is great with kids and other dogs, one of his favourite places to be is the off leash dog park. Jax knows some basic commands like sit and stay, and is learning how to fetch. Jax would do best in a home where he can get lots of exercise and I promise, will give you all the love you need!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jax, a Peterborough Boxer/Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Siberian Husky for sale in Peterborough, or seeking a Boxer/Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Peterborough.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Peterborough already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Peterborough breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Siberian Husky breeders who help with Boxer/Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Peterborough paves the way for another one to be saved.
