Introducing Newman! Newman is a beautiful black cat with just a little tuft of white on his chest. Newmann is a very affectionate boy who always wants to be in the middle of whatever his human is doing. Newmann is also very bonded with his brother, Kramer, therefore we would like to adopt them together. Both Newmann and Kramer love to sleep with their foster parents and are just the right combination of playful and snuggly! Newmann and Kramer live in a foster home with other felines and canines and get along well with everyone. They are the first ones to welcome new fosters! Newmann and Kramer are just fantastic felines who will make a wonderful addition to any home! Newmann is feline leukemia and feline HIV negative, has been neutered, is up to date on his shots and is litter box trained. Please call 507-451-4512 to arrange a time to meet.

About Steele County Humane Society

About Our Shelter...

We all know that kittens/puppies have a lot of spunk and energy and are perfect for some people. However, by adopting a more mature animal, you bypass the active kitten/puppy phase and it allows you to take the guess work out of what your pet will be like after he/she does some growing.

The Steele County Humane Society, Incorporated is a not for profit organization dedicated to:
* Providing quality foster care for homeless cats and dogs.
* Encouraging the adoption of homeless cats and dogs.
* Encouraging spaying and neutering to reduce the pet overpoplulation.

We rely on the love and care of volunteers to foster our animals until a permanent home can be found and are in desperate need of people willing to open their hearts and homes to these pets in need. Please call 507-451-4512 for more information.
