FAT CAT, born 2/23/06, is a beautiful long haired, gray and white Maine Coon mix with light green/yellow eyes and the most elegant ear furnishings. He can take a while to warm up, but once he does, he is incredibly sweet (usually- he can also be a bit moody, as most cats can). He has an adorable, bubbly little voice. He will come when he is called. He loves fruit. Sometimes he likes to be a lap kitty, but he usually prefers to lie very close, his back touching you, while you pet his belly. He is need of a forever home because I travel for work ten months out of the year and can no longer provide the home that he deserves. Fat Cat would do best in a home with no children, and preferably no other cats or dogs. He has had some urinary tract issues before, so I normally give him urinary tract formula health food (non-prescription). Other than that, he is robust and healthy. He will come FELV tested, vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. If you would like to meet him and possibly adopt, please email an inquiry and/or a completed consult form (downloadable at www.catado.org) to adoptions@catado.org.

Our Adoption Process...

It is the policy of Cat A Do Cat Co-Op that all potential cat adopters complete the Cat/Kitten Adoption Consultation Form and complete an interview with an Adoption Coordinator in order to be considered as a forever home for our cats and kittens.

Cat A Do will determine the best home for each cat or kitten based on the application and interview process. After review of the adoption consultation form and the completion of the interview with the Adoption Coordinator, Cat A Do may recommend a different cat or kitten that is more suitable to your household.

Completion of the application and interview process does not guarantee an adoption approval or guarantee the adoption of a particular cat or kitten. Cat A Do is a privately run, non-profit organization and reserves the right to refuse any adoption that is not in the best interest of the cat or kitten, based on our principles, policies, and standards.

Please read the following instructions carefully.

1. Please fill out all pages of the Adoption Consultation Form as completely as possible. The submission of a complete form will expedite the review process.

2. Your completed adoption form may be emailed to us at adoptions@CatADo.org and a Cat A Do Adoption Coordinator will contact you as soon as possible. You may also bring a completed form to Gilbert PetSmart at Val Vista and Guadalupe.
At Cat A Do Cat Co-Op, we believe there is a home for every animal and we work to find the best match!
