My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! My name is Lilly but I also answer to Lillybear, because as you can guess – I love bear hugs! When asked, I decided I would best describe myself as super affectionate and expressive! My energy and enthusiasm for life match my age. I pride myself in staying in peak condition and would do great with long walks, runs or hikes as long as you’re by my side! Even though I’m from California I had a great time with all this snow; it was like hide and seek with my outdoor toys!! Its true I get excited at times, but I have learned some restraint while living with my 10 pound foster sister. She prefers a more gentle approach. Given that, I would probably do better with slightly older children. I would feel terrible if I accidentally knocked over a toddler! I am house and crate-trained, but to be honest I don’t spend much time alone. My foster parents work different shifts. It’s nice for me and my foster sister! And I know a few basic commands. Ok, it’s true, I listen best when there are treats involved. I enjoy cuddling with a blanket on the couch, chewing on dental bones, running laps in the yard and welcoming you home. But giving kisses is one of my all-time favorite activities! I have so much love and devotion to share with you, won’t you please give me a chance for a forever home?
