Come Meet Our Pets...
Because we are a small municipality we do not have our own animal control facility so we pay to have our impounded animals boarded at a public boarding and grooming facility. Most of our adoptable pets are boarded at and can be visited at: Alamo Heights Kennel Club 203 W Sunset San Antonio, TX 78209 210-822-0003 firstname.lastname@example.org Facebook.com/alamoheightsanimalcareservices
Our Adoption Process...
If one of our dogs has caught your eye we invite you to come and meet them in person. Since we are a relatively small rescue operation it is best if you give us a call before coming in so we can make sure that there is enough staff to make your introduction as seamless as possible. We suggest bringing in all family members who would be living with the pet including any other dogs, we think it is important that everyone is a part of this decision. If everyone is on board then you can fill out an adoption application and if all goes well you can take your new best friend home the same day. If for any reason the adoption is not working out you can bring the dog back within the first 7 days and get your full adoption fee refunded. All of our dogs will be fixed, vaccinated, and microchipped before they go home.
