Pumpkin is a beautiful calico cat with lots of personality. She loves to relax, lounge, check out what's going on around her, and she especially loves playing with her cat toys! Pumpkin is a confident gal, even if it takes her a little while to warm up to new people. She would do well living in a forever home that is indoors only, with folks who have had some experience owning cats, and a quieter home with no other pets. Pumpkin will be an affectionate kitty when she's in the mood to snuggle on your lap, although she might like a little time to herself on occasion. If you're looking for a kitty with a lot of character, with a beautiful coat of white, brown and orange (or make that pumpkin!), then you'll have to meet her.
On the personality scale, Pumpkin is the LEADER OF THE BAND, and here's how she defines herself: I'm a cat who does everything in a big way. I not only like to be in the middle of things - I like to lead the parade. I'm an adventurous cat, but I'll still make plenty of time to show you my affectionate side. I'm the demonstrative type, you might say. Want a cat who's brimming with confidence? That's me.
This wonderful cat qualifies for the Senior Citizen Discount program: senior citizens or disabled adults with a 'Gold Card for Healthy Aging', or a 'FLASH' card, issued by the City of Seattle, may adopt an adult cat (at least six years old) at a special price. There will be no fee for the adoption itself, and the licensing fee will be half-price!
