Our Adoption Process...
Adoption Fee is $135
Potential pet adopters must complete an adoption survey before meeting the animals available for adoption outside their kennel or cage. This information provides staff with a better understanding of the pet adopter's past animal history, their expectations for a pet, lifestyle, and the environment in which a new animal would be placed.
Because the decision to adopt a lifelong companion is a big step in one's life, it is recommended that family and household members participate in the selection of a pet.
A yard check may be required and must be approved before the adoption is approved.
Humane America Animal Foundation, dba Adopt-a-Pet.com, is a non-profit, tax-deductible 501(c)(3) adoption advertising charity. Our mission (and passion) is to help
get homeless pets out of the shelters and into loving homes. Let us know what you think! Suggestion & Comment Box

NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter!
Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures,
