Arnold's story is a very sad one. He first came into our foster program last November with his brother, who he was very close with and bonded to. They were happily adopted into a new family, but months later, Arnold's brother tragically passed away suddenly. Arnold was returned to us, right back where he started, having to begin his journey all over again. Except this time, he didn't have his dear brother by his side.

Despite all of this, Arnold is still as silly as ever and absolutely adores playing with other cats. Arnold knows his name, so sometimes when he gets a little too feisty with his cat friends, all his foster mom has to do is call out his name with a snap of her fingers and he calms right down. But he is learning very quickly the best way to play with his feline friends!

Every night, he settles into bed with his foster mom, but he loves his nightly pats before falling asleep. He loves a good bum and belly scratch. He is turning out to be quite the big lovebug! In the words of his foster mom, he is a "non-stop fun machine" -- he just loves to play! He will thrive in a home with at least one other young cat who can keep him company and show him the ropes. He is still a tiny bit skittish from his young days as a rescue kitten, but is growing more and more confident every day! He would do best in a home without young children.

We are looking for the best home for Arnold. After everything he has been through, we want to show him that the perfect furever home is sill out there, waiting for him. After losing his brother, Arnold could have given up hope, but with his zest for life, he's shown he's quite the courageous little man! If you think your home is just right for Arnold, please email info@teamcatrescue.ca today!

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption process includes an adoption application which includes references. After the application is reviewed, then a discussion takes place to ensure that the cat chosen will fit the potential adopter's environment.

Adoption fees are $175 for adults, $200 for kittens and $75 for seniors which includes spay/neuter, vaccinations and microchip. All kittens under 6 months require another young cat in the home.

We do not adopt out to people who will declaw or release their cat outdoors. WE DO NOT ADOPT OUTSIDE OF ONTARIO UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. WE ALSO DO NOT WAIVE/NEGOTIATE ADOPTION FEES.
