Facts about Baby Girl

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair/Domestic Shorthair Mix
  • Color: Gray Or Blue
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Female
  • ID#: 34264864
  • Hair: Unknown
Baby Girl is around 5 years old and arrived at our shelter with an injury to one of her eyes. Due to the extent of her injury we did have to remove her eye, but now Baby Girl is free from pain and ready to find a home to call her own. She can be a little shy when first meeting new people and places, but once Baby Girl knows you are there to bring her gentle pets she starts to warm up. She enjoys snacking on canned food and tasty treats. When the mood strikes her, Baby Girl has been seen playing with little stuffed mice toys that have been sprinkled with cat nip. Baby Girl's favorite spots to be pet are around her cheeks and head. Due to her timidness, a home without small children will be best for her. Baby Girl hopes you stop by our shelter soon and ask to meet her!

Our Adoption Process...

All of our animals are up-to-date on all age appropriate vaccinations, spayed or neutered, de-wormed, de-flead and micro-chipped before adoptions are finalized. All dogs over six months of age receive a temperament assessment by our Certified Professional Dog Trainer to ensure appropriate placement. Also, many animals in our care receive basic obedience training to improve manners and increase adoptability. In order to adopt, we ask you to fill out an adoption profile so we can find out which of our animals would fit best in your home and family! Adoption profiles are available on our website, under the Adopt a Rescue tab. Available animals are also listed on our website with a short biography!
One of our adoption counselors will meet with you after we have received a completed adoption profile. Upon application approval, they will discuss animals that are available for adoption and from there, they can guide you through the adoption process. They are available to answer any questions you may have about the animal and eager to help you find your new friend!
