Daisy's Story...
Daisy is a darling 6 month old Basenji/Terrier mix looking for a new leash on life! She was brought to the shelter when her previous owner turned out to be allergic to her unfortunately. She is a very sweet girl, and full of puppy love and energy! Daisy likes to play with other dogs, and would be happy to have a canine companion in her new home! She is working on her potty-training, but is still a puppy and will need time in a new home with a new routine. Daisy is spayed, current on her vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Come and meet her today at our Waggin' Tails Adoption Center. We are open daily from 12-6pm.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy, a Benbrook Basenji/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Basenji/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Benbrook, or seeking a Basenji/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Benbrook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Benbrook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Benbrook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Basenji/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Basenji/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Benbrook paves the way for another one to be saved.
