Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chilito, born in the summer of 2016, is a beautiful, little 7 lb fellow who was thrown onto the streets to live and survive when he was only a few months old. Although he is a cuddly, playful & loving little fellow he has been extremely abused & has been under-socialized. Chilito is presently undergoing training to help him with his socialization skills and to help counter condition the emotional harm done to him from the cruel abuse forced upon him at such an impressionable age. Chilito needs a home where he will be treated with loving patience, giving him dedicated, continual guidance to help him enjoy the life that all animals deserve. Presently, Chilito needs a home with only adults and older children. He is not to a point where he will do well with children who may not understand the process he needs to go through to overcome the unfairness his past has brought upon him. He will need someone who will take the time and be diligent with his simple, daily conditioning exercises custom designed to help him overcome his traumatic past. Chilito is responding extremely well to his present training program. He has been responding well to the simple exercises his trainer has given to his caretaker and there is a very high expectation that with proper care, he will be able to overcome his fears and live with confidence. His foster family and his present trainer will be there to help the new family. If you think this precious, deserving, little “special needs” guy would fit into your home, please fill out an application at www.RescueAChi.com and we will give you a call.
