Hey, I'm Spike! I've been at the shelter for quite a while:( I came in originally because my sister and I kept escaping and running about the neighborhood. My sister went back to our house but my family decided that I was too much responsibility for them so I came to the shelter to be adopted. It's pretty nice here because I get to be around a lot of people who love me, especially Theresa because she is my handler for Bright Futures class! We do lots of fun things like learning obedience skills, going for walks, and working on my social skills with other dogs! I am looking for a home without and cats or any other small animal because I have quite the prey drive! I can go home with other dogs but I need to do multiple meetings because I can be kind of dominant with them. I also would need to go in a home with only older children and adults because I can be a bit much for young kids. If you or someone you know is interested in adopting me please call the shelter at 262-723-1000
