Belle's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Belle's Story...
Meet Belle, a big, beautiful, 68lb, 1 1/2yr old hound mix.
Belle came to BAARK after being posted as "free to good home" by an owner that had adopted her as a small puppy and decided he just didn't want her anymore. She is a very sweet and snuggly girl who deserves an active, patient, loving person or family, preferably without small children, that will help her to learn proper doggy manners and become the loyal, obedient pet we know she can be.

Belle enjoys playing with other dogs but would need a playmate of similar energy level and size. A fenced yard is highly recommended.

Belle is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heart worm tested, and spayed.
If you may be interested in adopting Belle, please email BAARK DogRescue@gmail.com. A completed application is always required prior to meeting any BAARK dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Belle, a Barrington Hills Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Barrington Hills, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Barrington Hills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Barrington Hills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Barrington Hills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Barrington Hills paves the way for another one to be saved.
