J Baby (Spayed/Combo'd)'s Story...
**REST IN PEACE SWEET J BABY 8/10/2017** ... J Baby is a beautiful 5-year old female Calico kitty who was surrendered by her owner on July 15, 2017 along with her best friend (Blackie) who shared her previous home.

J Baby has a brown/orange/beige coat, a patch of white on her chest, a long tail, and a very pretty face with extra-large mesmerizing pale green eyes. This little lady has a gentle disposition and is usually sitting very quietly in the corner of her cage. She surely misses the freedom of her home :(

J Baby is a petite girl who weighs just 5.2 lbs. She was combo tested on July 15, 2017 and is negative for feline leukemia, FIV, and heartworm.

J Baby is missing some hair due to a flea allergy and was given Revolution flea treatment when she entered our sheller. J Baby was spayed on July 19, 2017 and was also given rabies vaccine.

She is available for adoption, foster, or rescue.

Rescue groups may contact our Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

J Baby (Spayed/Combo'd), a Marietta Calico cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Calico for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Calico cat from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Calico breeders who help with Calico rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
