Precious's Story...
Her personality matches her name! She is very sweet once she gets to know you. Precious has beautiful eyes that just draw you in with how blue they are! She will need a family that will work with her a lot, also a quiet family as loud noises scare her. She is a very cuddly dog, but she needs someone to go slow with her as the world is very scary. But squeaky toys always make everything better! Precious is about a year old and weighs about 40 pounds. She can get skittish, so she would do best in a home with children over 12 years old. She can get along with dogs, but has a very intense and playful style and would need a dog that matches that.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Precious, a Naperville Husky/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Labrador Retriever for sale in Naperville, or seeking a Husky/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Naperville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Naperville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Naperville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Husky/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Naperville paves the way for another one to be saved.
