My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Grover is a sweet and lovable 5 year old shepherd mix who is looking for a new forever home! He loves to go on walks, run, and hikes, love to play fetch, and loves to try to catch squirrels (although he's yet to be successful). He also loves to cuddle and be around his people as much as possible. He generally loves other dogs, especially when he meets them outside his house at a park and does great at doggie day care or in a boarding situation where he can run around and play with other pups. He gets nervous around strangers coming in his house (especially men), and unfortunately also gets nervous around children, especially little ones. Grover's ideal home would be one where there is no one younger than 12 and where he can get consistent love, attention, and exercise. He hasn't lived with cats and seems to want to chase them when he sees them, so ideally he'd also be in a cat free home. A home with another friendly dog would be just fine!
