Sierra's Story...
This young girl has not had an easy life and at her young age, it's so sad. She was abused and thrown out like trash when they were done with her. She is still trying to figure out who she can trust and she can't trust. She is doing well at her foster home. Her foster mom loves her very much. She was about 29 pounds when she was sprung from the Lancaster shelter but needs to gain some weight. Sierra will do best in a home with no cats and smaller female dogs. She loves to go on walks. Loves to explore. She just loves being alive and is so grateful. She has the best disposition!! Sierra is being fostered in Tyler, Tx but her foster mommy will come in to Dallas to visit the perfect family.
Please meet Sierra today. She is such a great girl.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sierra, a Dallas Boxer/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Dallas, or seeking a Boxer/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Dallas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dallas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dallas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Boxer/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dallas paves the way for another one to be saved.
