Hi everyone, I'm cute Chloe and I'm a sweet and friendly girl who loves people. I will be a wonderful and loyal best furry friend. Unfortunately I'm not always so friendly with my fellow canines, so I have to be the only animal in the home and I cannot live in Independence. I will need a yard with a 6 foot privacy fence where I can be contained from other animals. I hope you understand that I'm a super sweet girl and a lover of my TWO legged pals. I know "sit", "down", "shake" and am eager to please. I'm also housetrained. I so long to be in a loving home again. Can you help make my dream come true? I sure hope to see you very soon at the Indy GPSPCA. And if I bark at you when you walk by? No worries, just open my kennel and my true loving personality will shine through! Love, Chloe

Our Adoption Process...

Great Plains SPCA has bi-state Pet Adoption Centers in Merriam, KS and Independence, MO with expert matchmakers ready to find you the perfect furry family member. Let us help grow your family!

Basic Adoption Requirements:

Adopter must be 18 years of age or older.

For the safety and health of our animals, we do not ship pets.

Pet adoption fees range from $45 to $250. Our adoption fees help to offset the cost of evaluation, housing, feeding and medical care for the thousands of animals needing our help. We do our best to keep our adoption prices reasonable while generating income to support our goal of caring for animals available for adoption until we can place them in a loving home. The adoption fee for each animal varies and is dependent on many factors including: age, size, behavior, medical condition, and public demand.
