Otis von Oslob is a beautiful 2 year old German Shepherd. This smiley boy with the fabulous fluffy tail is quite the cuddler. Otis is a classic ‘leaner’ who loves to rests his head on you, especially if it means an ear rub or shoulder scratch. He is an easygoing fellow with a calm-to-medium energy level. At first he might appear disinterested but, once he gets comfortable around a new friend, he becomes your shadow. He has good leash manners and doesn’t tug or lag behind. He’s confident when he’s out with his person and will scold another dog if they race up to him. Off leash, Otis does well in the play yard. He does best with dogs, male or female, with his same mellow demeanor and steers clear of troublemakers and bouncy types. Otis is a charming boy who is looking for a German Shepherd-loving home that wants to add a touch more happiness and lots more smiles into their lives.

In order to adopt any dog from Westside German Shepherd Rescue, one must fill out an adoption application first. Upon receipt of your application, a Westside adoption counselor will contact you.We do aerial home checks and you may be asked to supply pictures as well as arranging for a home visit prior to adoption.

Adoption fees vary with each dog and typically range from $150 to $500. They are set, taking into account the dog's age, training level, temperament, if they’re newly arrived, medical condition(s) (if any) and other factors. Adoption fees are used not only to rescue and place the dog you are personally adopting, but to aid in the future rescue and rehabilitation of other deserving dogs. Adoption fees are necessary; without fees our rescue efforts would quickly come to an end.
The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchip and up to date vaccinations.
